It is an initiative by the Ministry of Health in partnership with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, aiming to engage both the private and public sectors in understanding the depth of challenges facing the health of pilgrims during the Hajj Season. This enables them to design innovative and sustainable health products and services that contribute to improving the health experience of pilgrims.
Based on Vision 2030 and the Ministry of Healthβs commitment to improving healthcare services provided to the pilgrims of the Holy Kaaba and ensuring their safety, the ministry provides an opportunity to engage the private sector in gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges it faces. This allows them the opportunity to design innovative and sustainable healthcare services through which they can operate healthcare services in the holy sites.
