As part of its specialized corporate training solutions, Classera offers LeadXera, an integrated training management system that provides comprehensive solutions for human capital development. The platform enables organizations to manage the entire training cycle, starting from training program planning and managing courses, trainees, and trainers, through registration, scheduling, attendance, and training content, to performance monitoring, training outcomes measurement, and data analysis.

Under the agreement, GIE and Classera will collaborate on designing and implementing specialized training programs focused on developing digital and technical skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, while providing interactive learning and training experiences powered by the latest digital solutions and technologies. The partnership will also leverage digital training management solutions to support institutions in managing and developing their training programs.

The partnership also opens the door for the development of future joint initiatives and programs that leverage GIE’s expertise in designing and managing specialized programs and initiatives, as well as building support ecosystems for innovators and entrepreneurs, alongside Classera’s expertise in educational technology, training, digital transformation, and corporate training management solutions.

As a practical example of this partnership, one of the joint training programs was implemented for the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) in the United Arab Emirates through a summer camp that trained more than 2,000 citizens and residents from school students through a virtual program, in addition to 150 students in Abu Dhabi and 150 students in Dubai. The program focused on developing digital and technical skills and introducing students to emerging technology fields.

Through this collaboration, GIE and Classera will continue working together to develop and implement joint training initiatives across Egypt and the Arab region, enhancing learning and development opportunities and contributing to a more efficient training ecosystem that is prepared for the demands of the future.
