Key Responsibilities

Design & Visual Identity

• Develop and maintain strong brand identities across digital and print materials.
• Create high-quality designs for campaigns, programs, events, and corporate communications.
• Ensure consistency in visual language, layouts, typography, and overall creative direction.
• Translate concepts and briefs into visually compelling designs aligned with brand objectives.

Creative Direction & Execution

• Contribute to creative concepts and visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices relevant to innovation and tech-driven environments.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with content, marketing, and project teams to understand requirements and objectives.
• Provide creative input and constructive feedback during the design process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Previous experience in the same industry or a related field is required.
• Strong expertise in branding, visual identity, layouts, and creative direction.
• Proficiency in major design tools and software.
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Write high-quality English content tailored for startups, founders, and ecosystem programs.
• Manage and execute organic social media content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Adapt messaging per platform while maintaining brand tone and consistency.
• Create captions, post copy, and light storytelling aligned with campaign objectives.

Design Coordination

• Prepare clear creative briefs for designers including:
  • Objective & key message
  • On-visual copy
  • References & benchmarks
  • Slide/layout direction (when needed)
• Review designs and provide structured feedback to ensure alignment with messaging and brand guidelines.

Advertising & Event Marketing Support

• Support advertising messaging (copy & concepts) without managing paid media.
• Handle event marketing content:
  • Pre-event promotion
  • Live coverage (during events)
  • Post-event recaps and highlights
• Ensure consistency between event communication and overall brand voice.

Organization & Publishing

• Plan and manage content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect inputs and approvals.
• Stay responsive and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media and content roles.
• Strong English writing skills (mandatory).
• Experience working with startups, entrepreneurship programs, or business ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of advertising messaging and event marketing communication.
• Experience briefing and coordinating with designers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook best practices.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management

• Own end-to-end project management for robotics projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Lead project teams and act as the main point of accountability for project success.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Technical Oversight

• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to understand system architecture, hardware, software, and integration requirements.
• Translate technical requirements into clear project plans and deliverables.
• Support technical decision-making and ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Review technical documentation, specifications, and project outputs.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams (robotics, software, hardware, and operations).
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and escalation when needed.

Planning, Quality & Delivery

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and reporting structures.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards relevant to robotics projects.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in robotics, engineering, automation, or related technical fields.
• Proven experience working as a Project Manager with full ownership of projects.
• Strong technical background in robotics systems, automation, mechatronics, or related domains.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
